Shanxi Luan Chemical Co., Ltd. signed an agreement o acquire 24.19% stake in Yangmei Chemical Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600691) on June 28, 2021. Huayang New Material Science And Technology Group Co.,Ltd. will increase the capital and shares of Shanxi Lu’an Chemical Co., Ltd. with 24.19% of the Yangmei Chemical. After Huayang Group completes this capital increase and share expansion,Yangmei Chemical controlling shareholder will be changed to Lu’an Chemical Company.
Yangmei Chemical Co., Ltd. is a China based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of coal chemical products and chemical equipments. The company's main products include urea, methanol, liquid ammonia, polyvinyl chloride, caustic soda, n-butanol, octanol, compound fertilizers, phosphorus trichloride, crude glycol, ammonium nitrate, calcium ammonium nitrate, melamine, hydrogen peroxide, ammonium bicarbonate, cyclohexylamine, dinaphthol and ammonium chloride. The Company's products are mainly used for agricultural fertilizers and chemical raw materials. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets.
