Yamashita Health Care Holdings,Inc. (TSE:9265) signed a business agreement to acquire BtoC business from Boutiques, Inc. (TSE:9272) for ¥32.5 million on December 24, 2019. Under the terms, Yamashita Health Care will pay cash to Boutiques. Financials of the Btoc business for March 31, 2019, are sales of ¥1.4 billion and operating profit of ¥121 million. Boutiques has resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on December 24, 2019, to transfer our BtoC business. The transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2020.
