TERMINATION OF CONNECTED TRANSACTION

IN RELATION TO ENTERING INTO OF THE CAPITAL INJECTION AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 25 January 2021 (the "Announcement") in relation to, among other things, the entering into of the Capital Injection Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board announces that, taking into consideration all circumstances regarding the Capital Injection and after amicable discussion, on 8 March 2021 (after trading hours), the parties to the Capital Injection Agreement (the "Parties") mutually agreed not to proceed with the Capital Injection and entered into a termination agreement (the "Termination Agreement") to terminate the Capital Injection Agreement. With effect from the date of the Termination Agreement, all rights and obligations under the Capital Injection Agreement shall cease to have effect, and neither Party shall make any claims against the other Parties for fees or breaches in connection with the Capital Injection Agreement.

The Board is of the view that, the termination of the Capital Injection Agreement will not have any material adverse effect on the business operation and financial position of the Group.
