World Moto Inc. announced that it has signed its third HailYes(TM) Licensee since launching the HailYes(TM) Licensee Program less than a month ago. World Moto announced an agreement to license HailYes(TM) in Kampala, Uganda. HailYes(TM) licenses were issued for Kampala (and surrounds), home to a population of close to 2 million people and an estimated 250,000 motorcycle taxis (Source: The Guardian, 2013).

Uganda is a country of East Africa, bordered to the east by Kenya, and home to more than 37 million people. Uganda and the East Africa region are largely unserved or underserved and represent a significant opportunity. Under the HailYes(TM) license, the Licensee will get exclusive rights to use and market the HailYes(TM) ride-hailing platform in Kampala, and will receive the benefits of tourists and businessmen that use HailYes(TM) and roam into their territory.

The HailYes(TM) Licensee Program is a pioneering, new program to provide interested parties and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to license the world's first open ride-hailing application, HailYes(TM). People anywhere in the world can now license the HailYes(TM) smartphone application and platform and instantly connect consumers to transport and commerce services in their local community. HailYes(TM) is freely available for download worldwide, allowing people to simply press a button on their phone and get a safe, affordable ride in minutes.
