KB Securities Co.,Ltd, SK Securities Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A001510) and K Investment Co., Ltd. signed a contract to acquire 10% stake in Jaeyoung Solutec Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A049630) from consortium of sellers for KRW 7.5 billion on February 2, 2018. Under the transaction, 3.9 million shares has been acquired at KRW 1,900 per share.
