WizzFinancial (LSE:FIN) agreed to acquire UAE Exchange Centre LLC from Finablr Limited on December 31, 2020. Global fintech firm Wizz Financial has received approval from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to complete the acquisition of UAE Exchange UK.

WizzFinancial (LSE:FIN) completed the acquisition of UAE Exchange Centre LLC from Finablr Limited on September 23, 2021. The UAE Central Bank has given approval for the transaction.
