Loihde Oyj and Witted Megacorp Oyj have agreed on a business transaction, in which Loihde will sell the business of its Swedish subsidiary Loihde Advisory AB to Witted Megacorp. The transaction takes effect on September 1, 2023. The companies do not disclose the purchase price.

The business of Loihde Advisory AB, which is the target of the transaction, includes digital development expert services for companies and other organizations. In connection with the business transaction, 10 employees of Loihde Advisory AB will transfer to Witted Megacorp and continue in existing customer projects.

"The purchase accelerates Witted's growth in Sweden and fits our growth strategy in the Nordic countries", Witted Megacorp CEO Harri Sieppi comments.

Loihde and Witted have also agreed on cooperation between the companies, which allows them to utilize the expertise of both companies to serve customers in the companies' areas of operation.
