Wiener Privatbank SE (WBAG:WPB) agreed to acquire 75% stake in Matejka & Partner Asset Management GmbH from Themis Privatstiftung on June 6, 2012. Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matejka, Wolfgang Matejka will retain 25%. The deal is subject to anti-trust approval and is expected to be closed in the third quarter of 2012.
