Euroasia Total Logistics Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 2,244,898 common shares of face value THB 10 per share at an issue price of THB 61.74 per share for gross proceeds of THB 138,600,002.52 in a round of funding on August 13, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Wice Logistics Public Company Limited. The investors stake will increase from 40% to 51%.
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
