WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. announced that Board of Directors has declared a distribution of $0.355 per share with respect to the quarter ending March 31, 2023. The distribution will be payable on April 4, 2023 to stockholders of record as of March 24, 2023.
WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Company's investment objective is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily by originating and investing in senior secured loans, including first lien and second lien facilities, to performing lower middle market companies across a broad range of industries. The Company is focused principally on originating senior secured loans to lower middle market companies. It also makes opportunistic investments at other levels of a companyâs capital structure, including mezzanine loans or equity interests, and in companies outside the United States based lower middle market. The Companyâs investment advisor is H.I.G. WhiteHorse Advisers, LLC.
