Wendel entered into an agreement to acquire 50% stake in Globeducate from Providence Equity Partners L.L.C. for ?625 million.

Wendel entered into an agreement to acquire 50% stake in Globeducate from Providence Equity Partners L.L.C. for ?625 million on July 1, 2024. Following the completion, both Wendel and Providence Equity Partners will own 50% stake each. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary regulatory approvals.

The transaction is expected to complete in the second half of 2024. Morgan Stanley provided financial counsel to Wendel. David Martin and Andrew Lynch of Linklaters LLP (France) acted as legal advisor to Wendel.
