Webco Industries, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended April 30, 2024. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 153.22 million compared to USD 168.58 million a year ago. Net income was USD 6.36 million compared to USD 6.35 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 7.9 compared to USD 8.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 7.49 compared to USD 7.91 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 457.04 million compared to USD 530.48 million a year ago. Net income was USD 11.78 million compared to USD 18.3 million a year ago. It is a service manufacturer and distributor of metal pressure tubing and pipe, which includes tubing utilized in heat exchanger, and piping applications. It supplies a variety of pressure tubing and pipe products for refining, petrochemical, chemical, and others.
