Ways Technical Corp., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 221.495 million compared to TWD 270.085 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 97.896 million compared to TWD 83.197 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 16.123 million compared to net loss of TWD 79.225 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.17 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.81 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.16 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 0.81 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 651.293 million compared to TWD 691.573 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 270.378 million compared to TWD 250.383 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 114.666 million compared to TWD 241.562 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 1.18 compared to TWD 2.48 a year ago.
WAYS TECHNICAL CORP., LTD. is principally engaged in the processing and assembly of Computer, Communication and Consumer Electronics (3C) products. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture and sale of coating and the sales of goods and components. The Companyâs surface treatment services are mainly applied to mobile phones, smart phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), PDA phones and global positioning systems (GPSs), among others. It provides different methods of surface treatment, including electroplating, sputtering, coating and printing. The Company operates its business mainly in Taiwan and Mainland China.
