An overwhelming majority of survey respondents (nearly 70 percent) cited eating healthier, well balanced meals as a primary wellness goal in the New Year. With any diet and exercise program, consumers should consult a Health Care professional before beginning any endeavor.

According to the survey, 49 percent would like to turn occasional workouts into everyday habits in the New Year as well.
