Walker Crips has appointed Nick Lee and Charles Cavendish to its new Southampton office. The wealth firm launched the Hampshire base over the summer, and the new hires will join paraplanner Kris Watts and wealth administrator Jasmine Ng. Lee will become Walker Crips’ regional director. He joins from Gallagher/Argentis where he worked for three years. Prior to that he spent two decades at Grant Thornton. Cavendish is also joining after three years at Gallagher/Argentis, where he was focused on the firm’s financial planning division. He will join as associate director.
