VTM Limited announced that Mr. K. Thiagarajan, Director of the Company is appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from 11.09.2023 for a period of Five years. Mr. K. Thiagarajan graduated from the University of Warwick, UK with a degree in Engineering Management and has expert knowledge in the Textile business. Mr. K. Thiagarajan is associated with the company for around 10 years and expertized in the business of Textiles.

VTM Limited is an India-based manufacturer of textile products. The Company is engaged in the manufacture of grey weaving requirements for both the export and domestic markets. The Company's product types include Square Inch Drills, Twills, Sateens, Piques, Jacquards and a range of Complex Dobbies. The Company's woven fabrics include Cambric, Voile, Feather Proof, Poplin, Pinpoint Oxford, Satin, Stripe Sateen, Check Sateen, Weft Str.Satin, Plain+Satin Stripe, H.B.Twill, Pique, 2/2 Twill, Percale (1/1), Percale (1/1) Pima, Grey Sheeting, Swiss Dot, Birds Eye and Yarn Dyed, among others. Its manufacturing unit is located at Virudhunagar in South India. The Company has approximately 258 looms in its manufacturing unit. It also has over 80 Sulzer machines, six Rapier leno looms, 163 Air jets and nine Jacquard machines to work in tandem to produce approximately 1.8million meters of fabric every month. It is also equipped with adequate equipment to cater to special fabric manufacturing.
