The board of directors of VST Holdings Limited announced that Dr. Chan Po Fun Peter, an independent non-executive director of the
company, chairman of the audit committee of the company and a member of each of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the company, passed away on March 17, 2014. Dr. Chan had been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 2005.
