The Board of VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC announced the appointment of Nick Campsie and Martin Rigby as non-executive directors of VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC with effect from June 12, 2024, following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting. Nick has deep experience of public and private asset investment, both as an investment manager and manager of managers. As global head of illiquid investments for Eton Park Capital Management he was responsible for the winding down of a significant portfolio of private assets between 2012 and 2019.

He also serves as the Chairman of the Legal Aid Agency, is a non-executive director of HM Prisons and Probation Service and is an Independent Member of the London Policing Board. Martin has over 35 years' experience as a venture investor and has been involved in the realisation of the assets of 14 funds. His experience of backing growth technology businesses includes Bango, the UK listed digital payments business (AIM: BGO) which operates in the US and other global markets and where he was a non-executive director for 12 years, stepping down in 2019.

He has invested in both fintech and e-commerce businesses giving him domain knowledge of the business environment in which many of the Company's portfolio companies operate. He is Chair of the FSE Group, a UK-based provider of equity and debt funding to high growth businesses, and managing director of ET Capital, a venture fund manager based in Cambridge, both roles requiring oversight of investment management teams. Martin and Nick will both serve as members of the Company's Audit and Valuation and Management Engagement Committees. Martin was an executive director of Psonar Limited which was subject to a creditors voluntary liquidation on 9 August 2017.
