The Company also acquires any company that is complementary to its existing portfolio, or which is in a sector in which it has specialist knowledge. The Companyâs food manufacturing segment, which is an aggregation of the separate segments of savory pastry and cake and desserts manufacturing, is engaged in the production and sale of food products to third party customers, and the investing and management services segment incurs central costs, provides management services and financing to its other segments.
