Volati AB (OM:VOLO) acquired Heco Nordiska AB from Owe Klippel and Ronnie Gustavsson on January 21, 2020. The transaction is an add-on acquisition. The acquisition has been financed through Volati’s existing credit facilities and Heco Nordiska will be consolidated from January 2020. In an associated transaction, Volati AB acquired Swekip Sweden AB on December 4, 2019. The combined purchase price for Heco Nordiska AB and Swekip Sweden AB was approximately SEK 130 million. Cash & cash equivalents acquired for both the transactions was SEK 16 million. Heco Nordiska reported sales of SEK 183 million in 2019. The acquisition is not expected to have any significant impact on Volati’s earnings for 2020.
