Viva Wine Group AB Approves Dividend, Payable on May 24, 2023

Viva Wine Group AB announced that the AGM resolved to pay out dividend of SEK 1.55 per share. The record date shall be 19 May 2023. Payment of dividends from Euroclear is expected to take place on 24 May 2023. Dividends
to holders of shares amount to a maximum of SEK 137,689,420.
