Mack Cali Realty : Announces Date of 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Edison, New Jersey-March 23, 2015-Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that the Company will hold its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Monday, May 11, 2015. The Board of Directors established the close of business on April 1, 2015 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and take place at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson, Harborside, 2 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N.J.
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a fully integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class A real estate portfolio.
