Hatchet Uranium Corp acquired 6 mineral concessions totaling 13,710 hectares from ValOre Metals Corp. (TSXV:VO) for CAD 1.02 million ($0.75 million) on March 14, 2024. As a part of acquisition Hatchet Uranium Corp issued 7.5 million common shares with a deemed value of CAD 0.136 ($0.10).

ValOre Metals Corp. is a Canada-based exploration stage company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. It has interests in exploration projects in northern Canada and Brazil. Its properties include Pedra Branca Platinum Group Elements (PGE) Project, Hatchet Lake Property, Baffin Gold Property and Genesis Property. The Pedra Branca PGE Project comprises approximately 52 exploration licenses covering a total area of 56,852 hectares in northeastern Brazil. The Hatchet Lake Property consists of six mineral dispositions totaling over 13,711 hectares, located adjacent to the north-eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan. It holds approximately 50% interest in 131,412-hectares Genesis Property located northeast of Saskatchewanâs Athabasca Basin. Its Baffin Gold Property is comprised of mineral tenure located approximately 230 km southwest of the community of Clyde River on Baffin Island, in the Qikiqtani region of Nunavut.
