PureSpectrum, Inc. (OTCPK:PSRU) acquired OKTV, Inc. on September 13, 2018. Pursuing to the acquisition Dallas Boley will appoint Xavier “X” Mitchell as the sole officer and director and then resign shortly thereafter.
