Net Savings Link, Inc. (OTCPK:NSAV) entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire 40% stake in NFT-Fungy from Valiant Eagle Inc. (OTCPK:PSRU) for $0.5 milllion on July 21, 2023. The consideration is payable in the form of a one year promissory note, bearing an interest rate of 8% per annum.
