Rio de Janeiro, January 13, 2012 - Vale S.A. (Vale) announces that it has launched its 20-F Annual Report (Report) in a mobile version for the iPad. The app brings the possibility of highlighting important information, adding comments to the text and marking pages, among other features, contributing to ease investor access to information on our company.

The Report can be freely downloaded at the Apple Store in a very simple way: touch the "App Store" icon in your iPad, type Vale 20F in the search box, click search and then press free to download the App.
