Universal Infotainment Systems Corporation is a development stage company. The Company’s business plan is to develop and market the secure smartphone (Aegis Stealth smartphone). The Company offers three lines of products, including UNS Personal Infotainment and Navigation System, UNS Fleet Management and Tracking Application, which is marketed under the name UNS FMTS and Stealth and covert monitoring systems-TS. It has developed and tested prototype models of each of these systems. Its market consists of passenger, commercial and government agency vehicles. The UNS Personal Infotainment and Navigation System contains its basic system features for personal use. The UNS Fleet Management and Tracking Application system combines the features found in its personal infotainment system with additional software and hardware, allowing real time tracking and video from the commercial vehicle and scheduling data, such as whether the vehicle is on schedule.
