Unity Enterprise Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Li Fat Chung as a Non-Executive Director and a Member of Each of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, Effective 1 January 2023

The board of directors of Unity Enterprise Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Li Fat Chung will resign as a non-executive Director and a member of each of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from 1 January 2023 due to his wish to devote more time to his other personal commitments.
