UNIEURO S.P.A.: PERIODIC REPORTING AND CONCLUSION OF THE

SHARES' BUYBACK PROGRAM

Buyback of 600,000 shares completed at at an average price of Euro 20.56 per

share, for a total amount of 12.3 million of Euros

Forlì, 12 January 2021 - Unieuro S.p.A. (Euronext STAR Milan: UNIR), the Italian leader in the retail market of consumer electronics and household appliances, announces that it has concluded the shares' buy-back program (the "Program"), whose launch was resolved by the Board of Directors on 11 November 2021, in partial execution of the resolution of Unieuro's ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 17 December 2020.

In particular, the Company informs that is has purchased, in the period between 10 January and 11 January 2022, 40.000 ordinary shares, equal to 0.1932% of the share capital, for a total amount - fees excluded - of Euro 788,447.50.

Purchases were executed by the authorised intermediary Mediobanca S.p.A.

On the basis of the information provided for by the intermediary, herein below the aggregate of the daily buy-back transactions on Euronext STAR Milan, managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., while details of the transactions executed in the aforementioned dates are indicated in the annex hereto.

Since the beginning of the Program, Unieuro S.p.A. has purchased 600,000 ordinary shares, the maximum number of shares to be purchased, at an average price of 20.5591 Euros per share, for a total amount of 12,335,462.37 Euros.

It is reminded that the Program was aimed at setting up a portfolio of treasury shares to serve both existing and future equity incentive plans earmarked for directors and/or employees and/or partners of the Company or other companies controlled by the Company (including the Performance Share Plan 2020-2025), as well as at using the shares, if the case may be, in out of the ordinary course of business transactions, including paper deals with third parties within the framework of transactions that might be of interest for Unieuro.
