OAO is engaged in the geological surveying and mapping services, as well as development of oil fields and construction of related structures. The Company operates through 24 oil and gas fields located on the territory of 12 regions of the Udmurt Republic. It has a number of subsidiaries and affiliated companies, located on the territory of the Russian Federation. Udmurtneft? OAO is active on the domestic market, as well as exports its products to Belarus and other European countries. As of May 23, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Promleasing ZAO with a stake of 97.13%.
