On September 5, 2018, Benjamin Moore notified Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. of his intention to resign as the Vice President of Business Development of the company before the end of the 2018 calendar year to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Moore will continue to serve as the company's Vice President of Business Development until his departure date.
