Tryg A/S Proposes Ordinary Dividend and Extraordinary Dividend for the Fourth Quarter 2017

Tryg A/S proposed dividend of DKK 1.60 per share for the fourth quarter 2017 bringing the Fiscal Year dividend to DKK 6.40 per share that supports TryghedsGruppen's 8% member bonus. Extraordinary dividend of DKK 1 billion corresponding to DKK 3.31 per share to be approved by the AGM.
