Wood Sage, LLC entered into Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire Alliance Pharma Solutions, LLC for $0.125 million on January 20, 2023. In related transaction Wood Sage, LLC agreed to acquire Community Specialty Pharmacy, LLC. The transactions contemplated by the Sale Agreements are currently expected to occur on April 30, 2023.
