Muhammad Ghayasuddin, Sikander Mahmood, Ahmad Kamal, Master Manak Chand, Ali Asghar Nanji and Junaid Shehzad Ahmed agreed to make an offer to acquire 12.98% stake in Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited (KASE:TSBL) on January 23, 2017. In a related transaction, Muhammad Ghayasuddin, Sikander Mahmood, Ahmad Kamal, Master Manak Chand, Ali Asghar Nanji and Junaid Shehzad Ahmed agreed to acquire 74.05% stake in Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited (KASE:TSBL) from Emirates Investments Group L.L.C. and Emirates Global Investment Ltd. As of June 21, 2017, Sikander Mahmood, Ahmad Kamal and Junaid Shehzad Ahmed agreed to make an offer to acquire 12.98% stake in Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited.
On July 6, 2017, Sikander Mahmood, Ahmad Kamal and Junaid Shehzad Ahmed made an offer to acquire 12.98% stake in Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited for PKR 7.5 million. As per the terms of the transaction, Sikander Mahmood, Ahmad Kamal and Junaid Shehzad Ahmed will acquire 1.3 million shares at PKR 5.75 per share in cash. Sikander Mahmood, Ahmad Kamal and Junaid Shehzad Ahmed have made adequate financial arrangements for the offer and have provided the cash equivalent to the full amount of the offer to the manager to the offer. The offer will start from August 31, 2017 and close on September 6, 2017 and is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance. Ammad Tahir and Ahmed Rajani of Arif Habib Limited acted as mangers to the offer for Sikander Mahmood, Ahmad Kamal and Junaid Shehzad Ahmed.
