Trevi Therapeutics, Inc. Appoints Yann Mazabraud as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of International

Trevi Therapeutics, Inc. announced that it has named Yann Mazabraud as its Chief Commercial Officer and Head of International. Mr. Mazabraud will join Trevi’s senior management team and be responsible for overseeing Trevi’s commercial strategy and international operations. With over two decades of commercial and general management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Mr. Mazabraud joins Trevi from an extensive career at Sanofi Genzyme where he most recently served as U.S. General Manager and North America Head, Rare Diseases. Mr. Mazabraud has held multiple leadership positions while at Sanofi Genzyme including Vice President and Head of Latin America. In his most recent roles, he reported to the CEO and was a member of the Sanofi Genzyme Executive Leadership Team.
Trevi Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on the development and commercialization of the investigational therapy Haduvio (nalbuphine ER) for the treatment of chronic cough in adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and other chronic cough indications, and for the treatment of prurigo nodularis. Haduvio is an oral extended-release (ER) formulation of nalbuphine. Nalbuphine is a mixed k-opioid receptor agonist and mu-opioid receptor antagonist.
