Wyndham Worldwide : Corporate Headquarters Building Earns Recognition of Excellence in Building Management

This commitment is reflected at its corporate campus in New Jersey as the Company's newest building on the headquarters campus in Parsippany was recently designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International for excellence in management.

The designation is given to commercial properties that continue to raise the bar and demonstrate best practices in building operations and management, and is based on building operations and management; life safety/security/risk management; training and education of building personnel; energy management; environmental/sustainability performance; and tenant relations and community involvement.

The corporate office building located at 14 Sylvan Way is a single-tenant, premier office building, and is one of only 16 buildings in New Jersey to hold the BOMA 360 Performance designation. It was also recently named one of New Jersey's most energy efficient office buildings earning 99 out of 100 for the U.S. Environmental Protections Agency's (EPA's) ENERGY STAR rating.
