Announcement Regarding the Shareholder Approval on the Renewal of Countermeasures to Large-Scale Acquisition of Shares in transcosmos inc. (Takeover Defense Measures)

(the Company) resolved at the board of directors meeting held on May 15, 2024 to renew its "countermeasures to large-scale acquisition of shares in the Company (Takeover Defense Measures)" (the Former Plan) subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 39th annual general meeting of shareholders. The Company hereby notifies that, at its annual general meeting of shareholders, which was held on June 25, 2024, the proposed renewal of the Former Plan (renewed Former Plan, the Plan) was approved by the majority of the voting rights held by the shareholders.
