Toyobo Co., Ltd. announced that it has resolved to change the representative directors at the meeting of the board of directors held on January 25, 2024. Reason for change: Due to change in the management structure. Change in Directors: Chikao Morishige, vice president and representative director (Co-COO) as vice president and director (Co-COO); Hiroshi Otsuki, representative director and senior managing executive officer (CFO) as director; Taichi Sakai, director and managing executive officer (CTO) as representative director and senior managing executive officer (CTO).
Effective date is April 1, 2024.
