Toyam Sports Limited (BSE:538607) entered into Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 12.6% stake in Bhakti World Radio Broadcasting Private Limited from Kaajal Rohira for INR 82 million on February 20, 2023. As a part of transaction, Toyam Sports will acquire 7,70,881 shares. Toyam will issue 43 million shares to Kaajal Rohira as consideration.

For the period ended March 31, 2022, Bhakti World Radio reported net worth of INR 66.6 million. The transaction is subject to approval of stock exchange.
