Tosei Asset Advisors, Inc. and Tosei Reit Investment Corporation signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire Hachioji Tosei Building for ¥1.6 billion.

Tosei Asset Advisors, Inc. and Tosei Reit Investment Corporation (TSE:3451) signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire Hachioji Tosei Building for ¥1.6 billion on May 13, 2020. The transaction will be funded from borrowings and buyer's own fund. The transaction was approved by the board of Tosei Reit Investment Corporation. The transaction is expected to close on May 29, 2020.
