PRELIMINARY RESULTS AT JUNE 30, 2023

The first half of the year recorded a strong growth in passenger traffic (+29%) and

significant improvement of the main financial indicators compared to 2022

Passenger traffic in July (+16% on July 2022) exceeded the

2019 pre-pandemic level (+6%)

Florence, July 27, 2023 Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. an Italian company listed on Euronext Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. which manages Florence and Pisa airports announced the

main preliminary results at June 30, 2023.

H1 2023 passenger traffic results of the Tuscan Airport System

At June 30, 2023, the Tuscan Airport System handled 3.6 million passengers, with a 29% increase compared to the same period of 2022 and a 96% recovery on the 2019 pre-Covid period. This result was attributable to the increase on 2022 in both total flights (+15%, from 30 thousand in 2022 to 35 thousand), and in the load factor of scheduled traffic (83% compared to 77% in 2022). In the first half of the year, the load factor exceeded the 2019 pre-Covid level by +0.4 percentage points.

H1 2023 main consolidated economic and financial results1
In the first half of 2023, the	total revenues reached	million (+36%) compared
to	million at June 30, 2022. Operating revenues rose by +31% from	million at
June 30, 2022 to	million in H1 2023. This sharp growth was mainly driven by both
Aviation revenues	million; +29%) and Non-Aviation revenues	million; +32%).
The		EBITDA amounted to	million compared to	million in H1 2022
(+153%). The		net result for the period was positive at	million compared to a
negative		million at June 30, 2022.

July passenger traffic of the Tuscan Airport System

Pre-Covid traffic levels were exceeded in July2: with over 790 thousand passengers handled, the Tuscan Airport System grew by +6% compared to the same month of the 2019 pre-Covid year and by +16% on July 2022.
