Voronezhsbyt, Ooo entered into a purchase and sale contract to acquire an unknown minority stake in Public Joint-stock Company TNS energo Mari El (MISX:MISB) on April 13, 2016. As part of the contract, Voronezhsbyt agreed to acquire stake for a price of RUB 3.86 per TNS energo share. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Public Joint-stock Company TNS energo Mari El.
