TienPin United Enterprise CO., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 8.102 million compared to TWD 8.475 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 6.286 million compared to TWD 3.734 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 5.022 million compared to net loss of TWD 6.890 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.08 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.11 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 28.029 million compared to TWD 24.107 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 10.487 million compared to TWD 11.403 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 3.317 million compared to net loss of TWD 11.942 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.05 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.19 a year ago.
TienPin United Enterprise CO., LTD (formerly: DataFab Systems Inc.) is engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture, assembly, testing and distribution of computer peripheral products. The Company provides card readers, adapters, express cards, liquid crystal displays, multimedia players, flash memory cards, as well as liquid crystal displays (LCDs), among others. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 70.39% of its revenue from its card reader business. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the Americas, the rest of Asia and Europe.
