CHANGE OF CLOSURE PERIOD OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

References are made to the annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2020 of China Tian Lun Gas Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 31 March 2021 (the "Annual Results Announcement"), in relation to, among others, the closure period of register of members for determining the shareholders' entitlement to the proposed final dividend, and the latest time for lodging transfer of shares in respect of the aforesaid dividend entitlement. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Annual Results Announcement.

As disclosed in the Annual Results Announcement, in order to determine the Shareholders' entitlement to the proposed Final Dividend, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 28 May 2021 (Friday) to 4 June 2021 (Friday) (both days inclusive) (the "Dividend Entitlement Book Closure Period"), during which period no transfer of the Shares will be registered. In order to be qualified for the entitlement to the proposed Final Dividend, all completed transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Rooms 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong (the "Hong Kong Share Registrar") for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on 27 May 2021 (Thursday) (the "Latest Time for Lodging Transfer of Shares in respect of Dividend Entitlement").

CHANGE OF LATEST TIME FOR LODGING TRANSFER OF SHARES IN RESPECT OF DIVIDEND ENTITLEMENT AND DIVIDEND ENTITLEMENT BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD

The Company announces that the Latest Time for Lodging Transfer of Shares in respect of Dividend Entitlement and the Dividend Entitlement Book Closure Period will be changed as follows:

Note: All completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Hong Kong Share Registrar at Rooms 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong by the date and time as set out in the above table.

Due to the change in the Latest time for Lodging Transfer of Shares in respect of Dividend Entitlement and Dividend Entitlement Book Closure Period as stated above, the Final Dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars on or about 21 June 2021 (Monday) to the Shareholders whose name appear on the register of members of the Company on 8 June 2021 (Tuesday), subject to the Shareholders' approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting.

Save and except for the aforesaid changes, all the information in the Annual Results Announcement remains unchanged.
