MT INVESTMENTS Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Pacific Delta Bingo Co., Ltd. from Acrodea, Inc. (TSE:3823) for ¥10.9 million on March 31, 2020. As reported, 1,000 shares of Pacific Delta Bingo Co., Ltd. will be acquired. The transaction was resolved at the Board of Directors meeting of Acrodea on March 31, 2020. The contract conclusion date and stock transfer date is planned as April 3, 2020. The transaction will not have an impact on the earnings forecast of Acrodea, Inc. for the fiscal year ending August 2020.
