NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited (the Company) advises Mr John De Silva and Mr Andrea Martini were elected Directors of the Company with effect from 7 April 2022.

Mr John De Silva

Mr De Silva is currently the Managing Director of Lasco Distributors Limited in Jamaica. He previously held the positions of Managing Director, Unilever Caribbean Limited, Trinidad and Country Manager, Nestlé Caribbean Inc., Trinidad. He has over 25 years' experience in General Management, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, having worked in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Switzerland, the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

Mr Andrea Martini

Mr Martini is a consultant in business strategy, marketing and transformation who has operated globally in a number of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies over the past 28 years. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer for the British American Tobacco Group's interest in Colombia, Mexico and Brazil and was the Regional Marketing Director for the Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff welcome Messrs. De Silva and Martini.
