Toho Computer Service Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire remaining 83.33% stake in Toho Information System CO, LTD. from The Toho Lease Co., Ltd., Toho Card Co.,Ltd., The Toho Credit Service Co., Ltd., The Toho Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8346), FSC Co., Ltd and Toho Shinyo Hoken Co., Ltd. in stock on February 7, 2014. As per the terms of the transaction, Toho Information shareholders will get 0.1 shares of the Toho Computer Services stock as a consideration for each Toho Information share. The transaction is expected to be completed on April 1, 2014.
