The Korea Fund, Inc. declared long-term capital gain distribution of $3.37030 per share. The distributions will be payable on January 10, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 27, 2021 with an ex-dividend date of December 23, 2021.
The Korea Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation through investment in securities, primarily equity securities, of Korean companies.
