(NasdaqGS:HAIN) for INR 10000 on June 19, 2024. A cash consideration of INR 0.01 million will be paid by Delect Spices And Herbs Private Limited. As part of consideration, INR 0.01 million is paid towards common equity of Hain Future Natural Products Private Limited.
