CTBC Financial Holding Co., Ltd. announced a private placement to issue 11,044,000 shares at an issue price of TWD 28.01 per share for the gross proceeds of TWD 309,342,440 on April 29, 2024.. The transaction will include participation from new investor The Ambassador Hotel,Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
THE AMBASSADOR HOTEL, LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in restaurant and hotel businesses. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of catering services and guest room services. It operates Chinese restaurants, cafeterias, self-service restaurants, bakeries, steak houses, bars, meeting and banquet halls and golf course restaurants to offer catering services. The restaurant brands under the Company include Market Cafe, YU SUSHI, le bouquet Bread & Bakery, Andante and ACHOI, among others.
